The Prayer Shawl Ministry meets the first Wednesday of the month from 6-8 PM. Please plan to join us each month if you are able. Light refreshments will be served at each meeting. For those who want to learn to knit or crochet, we will have someone who can teach and help you. For those who are experienced, bring your shawls to the meeting to work on. We'll sit and knit/crochet, eat, talk, and have fun! Everyone is welcome! Bring a friend or neighbor! We will meet in the parlor of the church. If you know of someone who would like to make shawls but is unable to come to the meetings, let us know and we can deliver yarn and needles to their home. If anyone needs a ride to the meetings, let us know that also. And finally, we will be happy to accept donations of yarn from anyone who would like to participate in our ministry in that way. It takes about 3 skeins for each shawl. May God bless you! —Carol Matlin (410-256-0657)and Susan Brown sbrown@boyslatinmd.com
